When clients engage Wease Halloran as their counsel, they will experience a service that cannot be matched by the big law firms. Whether it is an innovative approach to problem-solving or our collaborative culture, our clients benefit from an attentive advisor who brings a thoughtful and personal approach to each engagement.

Here are just a few factors that make Wease Halloran different and help us ensure that we provide responsive service to our clients:

Communication — Communication is the key to a successful relationship.  Clients deserve:

  • To know about all developments in their case
  • To understand the entire process that their matter may follow
  • To have adequate time to consider and thoughtfully decide on case strategy, negotiations and settlements

Flexibility and experience — Our experience in working with clients of all sizes and ownership structures allows us to acclimate to your organizational environment quickly.

Value Based Fee Structure — Wease Halloran strives to deliver the highest value for legal services. Value is not just about delivering legal services at a fair price, but delivering service that exceeds the client's expectations and advances the client's interests. We share economic risk through alternative, non-hourly fee arrangements such as contingency fees, flat fees, and hybrid hourly and incentive fees. Whether we are earning a contingent fee or an hourly fee, we focus on results-driven, efficient representation.

Technology Effective use of the latest available technology allows us to perform superior work, utilizing fewer attorneys in less time. We utilize the latest trial presentation technology to manage and present complex cases in the courtroom. Our case management software enables us to manage document-intensive cases in an efficient and result-oriented manner.

Continue Education — Every attorney is not merely encouraged but required to continuously learn and develop new skills.  Every attorney is personally responsible to the client for producing the best work and for encouraging the best work from everyone else at the firm.

Wease Halloran is committed to improving the law and the legal system by counseling those unable to afford representation. The full resources of the Firm are brought to bear in support of its pro bono cases or community service projects. Pro bono work strengthens our lawyers’ abilities to apply their talents in a variety of situations.
