Michele L. HalloranMichele L. Halloran
Of Counsel

My practice of tax law spans the gamut of Michigan and federal taxation. My past experience includes nine years as a partner at the law firm of Howard and Howard, and service as an administrative law judge for the Michigan Tax Tribunal, a law clerk to a former Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, and a prehearing attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals.

I also serve as Director and Clinical Professor of the Michigan State University College of Law Tax Clinic, which serves low-income clients and taxpayers for whom English is a second language.
